Choose an easy rental apartment! Lakea offers a versatile range of rental apartments for people in all kinds of different situations. We have homes on offer all over Finland, from studios to spacious family homes. Pets are also welcome in Lakea’s homes.
We rent both self-financed apartments and apartments subsidised by government interest subsidies and guaranteed loans, for which the residents are selected according to resident selection criteria based on law. Primary selection criteria is the need for home. There are no income limits any longer, but they are still part of the resident selection criteria, along with the applicants need for a home and their current wealth. Recommended upper limits have been given for assets. Attention is also paid to the applicants’ ability to pay rent.
