Choose an easy rental apartment! Lakea offers a versatile range of rental apartments for people in all kinds of different situations. We have homes on offer all over Finland, from studios to spacious family homes. Pets are also welcome in Lakea’s homes.
We rent both self-financed apartments and apartments subsidized by government interest subsidies and guaranteed loans.
Residents for apartments supported by the government’s interest subsidy and guarantee loan are selected according to resident selection criteria based on the law. The selection criteria include the need for an apartment, income limits and wealth. Attention is also paid to the applicants’ ability to pay rent.
