In the Lakea ‘Omat Neliöt’ e-services, you can manage all matters related to being our customer. The prerequisite for this is you having a valid rental agreement or Omaksi agreement with Lakea. You can create your user ID securely through strong authentication.
Homeowners and housing company management
In the Lakea ‘Omat Neliöt’ e-services, you can manage all matters related to being our customer. For you to use the service, the property manager must have your email address. Enter your email address in the designated field on the log-in page and click the Log in button. You will receive a number code via email. By entering it, you will be able to enter the resident portal.
