Follow the load limits and instructions for the lift.

If you are stuck in a lift

If you are stuck in the lift between floors, press the alarm button and follow the instructions in the lift. The on-call services will be alerted, who will then call the lift maintenance company. Keep calm and wait for the maintenance worker to arrive. The lift is built so that it cannot drop down. The lift has air vents, so there is no fear of running out of air.

Fires and other emergencies

Do not use the lifts during a fire or another emergency.

If you notice faults or malfunctions in the lift, notify the property manager immediately.
