Dishwasher and laundry machine

Always order the installation of these machines from a professional so that the connections are installed correctly to avoid water damage. During installation, a drip tray must be placed under the dishwasher. Check with the property manager how the installation should be done.

Shut the water supply to the dishwasher and the laundry machine after use.

When moving out, reinstall the original fixtures’ doors and cabinets if you have removed them to make room for a dishwasher, for example.

Fridge and freezer

You should clean and defrost the fridge and the freezer regularly. Adjust the temperatures of the fridge at + 4°C or + 5°C and the freezer at -19°C or -20°C.
